- Returns
We do not accept returns for food products once delivered, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper images as proof.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
- Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
- Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
